The exercises the physiotherapist gave me are almost all aimed at strengthening my hand, which is a bit of a must for the clarinet. :)Perpetuahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01214396019726161983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3705825161954545710.post-82308269310456198992015-01-14T21:38:49.336+00:002015-01-14T21:38:49.336+00:00It's the oddest feeling, isn't it, Jean? I'm starting to realise that it will take months rather than weeks before everything works as it should, as not just my wrist but my hand is surprisingly stiff and weak, but I will persevere. Which reminds me that I haven't done the evening session of exercises yet....Perpetuahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01214396019726161983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3705825161954545710.post-23811910046453289192015-01-14T21:32:51.417+00:002015-01-14T21:32:51.417+00:00Thanks, Tim. I'm eschewing the knitting needles and clarinet until things settle down a bit more, but I'm religiously doing the gentle exercises the physiotherapist has given me.
